  • OHL has consolidated its position in the New York Subway due to contracts achieved by the NY subsidiary Judlau Contracting: 72nd St., Cortland St., Montague and Av. Dyre
  • OHL USA is the Florida State’s second construction company. Some of the most important projects are the construction of Miami AirportLink and the construction of the Cardiac & Vascular Institute for the Baptist Hospital and an old people’s care center for the Institute for Healthy Living, Life, Science and Research. In road infrastructures, the design and construction projects for express lanes along the Parlamento Expressway and I-75, two of the roads with the heaviest traffic in the Miami area; the design and construction to extend, from four to six lanes, a section of the I-95 Highway, in the Indian River County; and the construction of a section along the Sawgrass Highway, in Broward County. In addition, it works in the largest highway interchange station in the State, 826/836. This project sustains constant daily traffic over its five years’ construction of more than 300,000 vehicles
  • OHL Arellano, OHL USA’s subsidiary, has begun extension and restoration works on the Dr. Horacio E. Oduber Hospital (HOH), in Aruba (Netherlands Antilles). Furthermore, it has been awarded construction of the walk-in clinic at the UHealth Medical Center (UHMC), Coral Gables Campus, University of Miami, the new Miami International Medical Center and the Marcus Institute of Neuroscience, Regional Hospital of Boca Ratón
  • In California, OHL wins the largest project in the company's history in the USA for 1.2 billions euros to improve the Interstate 405 (I-405) from State Route 73 to Interstate 605, one of the most congested freeways in Orange County. Also, various projects have been undertaken, to include renovation of the Lake Machado ecosystem, located in the Ken Malloy Regional Park, aimed at improving water quality, constituting a reference in environmental matters; reconstruction of the raised station and bus stop in Patsaouras Square, as well as construction of a direct pedestrian access to the Union Station subway; restoration of links between the SR-91 and SR-55 state highways, and construction of two bridges over the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) railway lines. It is also executing an underpass in Puente Avenue, below the Union Pacific Railroad
  • In Texas a project has been awarded to improve the US 290 Highway
  • OHL Construcción has achieved its first contracts in Illinois and Connecticut, consisting of executing the highway interchange station along the Elgin O'Hare Expressway, in Chicago (Illinois), and renovating and extending the stations located in the cities of Berlin, Meriden and Wallingford along the New Haven-Hartford-Springfield (Connecticut) railway corridor
  • Expansion of its activity from offices in Washington D.C., Chicago, California and Texas.

  • Construction of the northern section of the York-Spadina Subway extension, in Ontario
  • Restoration works for a viaduct along the 401 highway, in Ontario
  • Restoration works for the Maple Avenue Bridge, in the city of Medicine Hat, in Alberta
